  3. Single renewal date for all equipment. Look at your contract renewal just once each year instead of several times!
• Are you really the cheapest?
• Well, almost! Competitive prices are lower than most and we are proud of the Quality Service we offer. We never compromise our high professional standards.
• Why is that?
• Because it would not serve you in the long term. It's vital, with something as potentially dangerous as laboratory equipment, that the quality of work is of the highest standard so that it does not put either the equipment or you and your staff at risk. You can also expect us to solve all of your problems - not just the easy ones!
• But can you get the spares I need?
• Yes! We hold a truly massive stock of spare parts - in many cases more than the manufacturer or agent! Furthermore, unlike a manufacturer or agent, we offer alternative and refurbished parts (a refurbished motor, for example, is typically less than ½ the price of a new one).
• What about quality - are you engineers trained?
• We are ISO9001 registered. Most of our engineers are ex–manufacturer engineers with up to 30 years experience in field servicing.
