Not only is it quicker but it allows us to ascertain exactly what has gone wrong with the equipment you are calling about allowing us to attend the breakdown with the parts required, thus negating a visit to establish the cause of the breakdown and parts required.

You have two options when it comes to reporting breakdowns -

2: You can log a breakdown here, and one of our technical personnel will call you back.

It's also good to talk when you are looking for a new centrifuge, heat sealer or incubator. Let us know what you are currently using or what your intended use for the equipment is, and we will be able to help.
