Equipment Servicing

Henderson Biomedical can service virtually any laboratory equipment. We specialise in centrifuge servicing and have been doing so since 1987.

Even if you are not one of our service contract holders, we are still able to help you. You can either send your equipment to us for inspection, or we can arrange for an engineer to visit you and carry out a service, at your convenience. In this case, please contact us to arrange for us to attend your site and service your equipment.

If you hold a contract with us, then your local engineer will personally contact you a short while before your centrifuge, incubator or heat sealer service is due to remind you and book a visit at a time convenient to you.

The cheapest way to have your machine serviced is with one of our service contracts. These can be tailored to requirements and in most cases, you don't even need to pay for the service contract until the service has actually been completed.
Heat sealer contract holders also benefit from a loan heat sealer whilst theirs is being serviced. The only charges incurred are carriage costs - there are no loan charges to pay, no matter how long your machine is with us for servicing or repair.
