Service Contracts

Henderson Biomedical offer a range of service contracts engineered to give you a fast, reliable and cost effective support programme for all your laboratory equipment. From ALC and Beckman, to Heraeus, MSE and Hettich equipment, with us as your service agent, you are guaranteed a fast, efficient and friendly service. We have a team of skilled and professional engineers, as well as a dedicated in-house support team to offer technical assistance over the phone.

• Bronze 1 Contract

  The Bronze Contract provides one preventative maintenance visit per year. You also benefit from a significant discount on our standard labour and travel rates in event of any emergency service or repairs being required. Cover yourself further with one of our Option 2 packs (see below), or increase the number of service visits, per machine, to 2 per year.

• Bronze 2 Contract

  A 2 visit Bronze contract is recommended for customers with high usage equipment requiring service and validation twice annually. For a Bronze 2 contract, service visits are spaced 6 months apart so you are never too far from your next service.
  
  Options for Bronze Contracts
  
  This option provides for the advanced procurement of two emergency repairs per year. The repairs are applicable to any equipment included in the contract. This option does not include the cost of spare parts but does include all labour and travel costs at the agreed premium.
  Multiple units of this option (providing 2, 4, 6 etc. emergency repairs to cover large equipment numbers) may be added to the standard Bronze Contract as required.

• Silver Contract

  The Silver Contract provides for all labour and travelling expenses during the preventative maintenance visit and any breakdowns during the year. All you pay for is parts!

• Gold Contract

  The Gold Contract provides for all labour and parts required during both the preventative maintenance visit and any breakdowns during the year. The contract also provides for unlimited emergency repairs and spare parts.

Additional Services

Calibration and Compliance: Ensure your centrifuges are serviced properly, and in accordance with your quality regulations and requirements. Failure to comply with requirements now can result in costly administration, and temporary machine quarantine in the near future.

Henderson Biomedical is proud to offer calibrations to UKAS standards for temperature and speed. Our highly trained engineers can do this either on site or in house. All instruments on service contracts are tested for safety.
