Hawo HD260 MS-8
The Hawo HD260 provides a simple 8mm impulse driven seam, with an electronic sealing timer, which is user adjustable. The jaws accomodate a film with a maximum width of 250mm. This impulse sealer is designed for the packaging of sealable pouches and reels (SBS) in dental and medical surgeries and satisfy the guidelines of the Robert Koch Institute. |

Hawo HD270 and HD470 MS-8
The Hawo HD270 and 470ms8 offer the same sealing abilities and options as the 260, but with a few extras. The HD270 is the same dimensions and can seal films up to 250mm in width, the HD470 can seal films up to 450mm in width. The 270 and 470ms8 are both equipped with peice counter, which the HD250ms8 is not.

Hawo HD310 and 510 WS-8
The Hawo HD310 and 510 WS-8 are permanently heated bar sealers from the new 'GENERATION EASY' product line, and are used in the manual closing of sealable pouches and reels in doctors' and dentists' surgeries. The HD310 sports a 250mm maximum pouch width and the 510 accepts a maxmimum width of 450mm. The sealing process is fully controlled by the user and satisfies the criteria of DIN 58953-7:2008 and the guidelines of the Robert Koch Institute.

Hawo HD320 MS-8
Comparable to the HD270 but with the carrying rear section for multiple film rolls and no peice counter. Unlike the HD310, which it appears similar in design to, this machine is an impulse sealer, meaning the bars only carry heat when the jaws are closed, as opposed to being permantently heated.

Hawo HM300 and HM500 BMS
The HM300 and 500 BMS impulse sealing devices are designed for the sealing of dustcovers for use in the supply of sterile packages. Optimum protection against dust and damage to the sterile packages is provided increasing the storage life of the primary packaging to as much as 5 years. This meets the requirements outlined by DIN 58953-7:2008.

Hawo HM450 AS-8 and HM630 AS-8
The HM450 and 630 AS-8 Semi-automatic impulse sealing devices are ideal for the packaging of sealable pouches and reels (SBS) in hospitals and medical industries where quick impulse sealing is desired. The devices conform to the requirements of DIN 58953-7:2008, and offer a sealing width of 450mm (HM450 series) and 650mm (HM630 series). The semi automation of the sealing process ensures that results are reproducible and reliable, although the machine is not validatable.

Hawo HM460V and HM660V
V stands for 'validateable'. If you must use an impulse sealer and you need to keep track of all your sealing parameters (time, temperature and pressure), then this is the only impulse sealing machine capable of offering you the solution. Combined with the HT180USB, or a PC, either machine can relay all required information to the storage device of your choice and offer maximum pouch capacities of 450mm and 650mm respectively. The entire sealing process is conducted in accordance with EN ISO 11607-2 making this the most advanced impulse sealing device on the market today.
